The Non-Diet Approach embraces the Health At Every Size® paradigm, intuitive and mindful eating, and has been shown to improve biomarkers of health including blood glucose control, blood pressure and cholesterol independent of any weight change. You will not just build knowledge on what to eat but also how to eat and why you eat.

​This approach is often suited to people with a history of dieting and weight cycling (yo-yoing). A Non-Diet Approach can help to mend your relationship with food and your body.
